A Century of History Under One Roof
Inside the museum, there is a rich exhibition celebrating 101 years of Koshien’s history. The displays cover both the proud moments of the Hanshin Tigers, and the unforgettable stories of high school baseball.
Old uniforms, photographs, and videos gently tell their stories. They speak not only of victory, but also of defeat, effort, and youth. All of these moments together form the true history of Koshien.
Behind the Scenes: The Stadium Tour

One of the highlights of the visit was the stadium tour. We were able to enter places that are normally off-limits, including the first-base bench and the players’ locker rooms. Sitting on the bench and looking out at the field, the atmosphere felt completely different from watching on TV. Standing there, I could feel the weight of the countless games and stories that have unfolded on this field.

Experiencing Koshien Through Virtual Play
Another memorable experience was the virtual batting center. Through realistic simulations, visitors can try batting and pitching as if they were standing on the field at Koshien.
Even one swing or one pitch is enough to realize how difficult the game truly is. It deepens your respect for the players who perform on this historic stage.
A Place That Connects Past and Future
After visiting the museum, one thing became clear. Koshien is a place that connects the past, the present, and the future of baseball. Whether you are a lifelong fan or simply curious about Japanese culture, the Museum of Hanshin Koshien Stadium offers something meaningful.
